➤ The more you pay the more work and time I will put into the project.➤ By choosing this option you agree to give me a free hand in coming up with an idea for the entire drawing and to use your character for e.g. testing new techniques, brushes, styles, etc. and creating a drawing probably not related to any of the options available in the price list.➤ You can choose whether you want your art to contain gore or not.➤ Since it's an "artistic freedom" commission, after I come up with an idea for the whole drawing, I do not have to agree to the changes you suggest.

GENERAL INFO
➤ To make a drawing, I will need a clear character reference sheet (especially for more difficult designs), or a very specific description (works only for simpler designs).
➤ Commissioning me means understanding that every piece may be streamed online on Twitch.tv, or other platforms and it's wips can be posted on my Telegram channel, or other social media. I can agree on not showing it anywhere until it's finished, but only for an additional fee!
➤ Commissions with shorter deadline will cost extra.
➤ I reserve the right to reject any commission request without explanation.
➤ I draw only in my own style.
➤ During my work on commission, I stay in contact with the client and send the work progress usually every few days from the moment I let you know that I started with your commission (It's okay to ask me for update, but please don't do it every day / every few hours / minutes).
➤ There's no problem in making some changes if the customer is present on my stream and suggests something! These changes are free of charge.
➤ I won't make any bigger changes to already finished piece.
➤ It may take up to 3 months to finish the commission counting from the moment I let you know that I started working on your commission.
➤ The time spent on the commission may be extended due to any personal matters that may make work difficult, about which the customer will be informed.
➤ I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork in any way (profit, bussines, or non-profit). I can sell prints and use it in my future artbooks, etc.
➤ I reserve the right to broadcast the process of making your commissions on Twitch.tv and other platforms, and to publish this process (wips) as well as finished commissions on Twitch.tv and other social media, etc. and to use comms made for clients as examples in my price list, etc.
➤ Once the final sketch has been approved by the customer, no further corrections will be made to it as suggested by the customer, unless for an additional fee.
➤ If you have a deadline, be sure to let me know at the beginning of the conversation. I will tell you if it's possible to finish it by the time. Sometimes I may have limited working time for some reason, so remember this to avoid unnecessary confusion.
➤ Don't ask me questions or try to start conversations about private / intimate / etc. topics, don't make me feel uncomfortable / unsafe. If you do, I have every right to stop working on your commission and blacklist you!
➤ I absolutely forbid editing/making changes to my artworks.
➤ I absolutely forbid the use of my artwork for anything related to AI
➤ You have the right to use and publish the artwork I have made for you, but only for personal/non commertial use and if you clearly state that I am the author of the artwork.
➤ NSFW commissions are available ONLY for customers who are 18 or older!
➤ By commissioning NSFW artwork, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. I reserve the right to request reasonable proof of age if I have any concerns about a client's age.
➤ I will not accept NSFW commissions from minors under any circumstances!
➤ For privacy reasons, please don't send me your full ID / document unless I specifically request it! If age verification wil be requested by me, any information unrelated to confirming your date of birth should be covered. I reserve the right to not tell you the exact reason why I requested the age verification.
➤ Be aware that I work on several artworks (comms and own projects) in the same time
➤ I reserve the right not to agree to cooperate with a person who has beware or about whom I have received negative recommendations.
➤ Don't be afraid to ask me any additional questions!
PAYMENT & PRICE NEGOTIATION
➤ I always establish the exact price for each project with the customer in private messages and I expect payment upfront, before starting work on the commission.
➤ In case of customers from Poland I only accept payment through BLIK into a telephone number, payments through Vgen, or by bank transfer to an account .
➤ For clients from outside the Poland I prefer payments through Vgen (https://vgen.co/yagoda).
➤ Customers pay currency conversion fees, etc. if any.
REFUNDS
➤ No refund unless I'm sure I won't be able to finish your commission on deadline if I agreed on any, or if I won't be able to finish it due to some circumstances that I wouldn't be able to overcome.
➤ If your behaviour in our DMs will start to be indecent and overstepping boundaries in some way, I have right to stop working on your commission and will refund only the part of whole price, depending on the stage of work I'm at.
BY ORDERING FROM ME, YOU AUTOMATICALLY COMFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOVE, UNDERSTOOD THEM AND ACCEPT THEM! ANY VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE MORE IMPORTANT POINTS ABOVE WILL OR MAY RESULT IN BLACKLISTING!
