➤ The more you pay the more work and time I will put into the project.➤ By choosing this option you agree to give me a free hand in coming up with an idea for the entire drawing and to use your character for e.g. testing new techniques, brushes, styles, etc. and creating a drawing probably not related to any of the options available in the price list.➤ You can choose whether you want your art to contain gore or not.➤ Since it's an "artistic freedom" commission, after I come up with an idea for the whole drawing, I do not have to agree to the changes you suggest.

➤ I always establish the exact price for each project with the customer in private messages and I expect payment in advance, before starting work on the commission.
➤ In case of customers from Poland I only accept payment through BLIK into a telephone number, Pay Pal, or by bank transfer to an account .
➤ For clients from outside the Poland I only accept payment through Pay Pal.
➤ Customers pay currency conversion fees, etc. if any. (please let me know first what country are you from and in which currency you will make the transfer)
➤ To make a drawing, I will need a clear character ref sheet (especially for more difficult designs), or a very specific description (works only for simpler designs).
➤ My main styles: cartoon style / chibi style. You can also suggest a different style supported by reference images (I don't guarantee consent to create a drawing in the suggested style).
➤ During working on commission, I stay in contact with the client and send the work progress usually every few days (It's okay to ask me for update, but please don't do it every day / every few hours / minutes).
➤ It may take up to 2 months to finish the commission (+ possible personal matters making work on the comm difficult) counting from the moment I tell you that I'm starting to work on your commission (usually the time needed for completion is about 1-2 weeks).
➤ I reserve the right to broadcast the process of making your commissions on Twitch.tv and other platforms, and to publish this process as well as finished commissions on social media, etc. and to use comms made for clients as examples in my price list.
Once the final sketch has been approved by the client, no further corrections will be made to it as suggested by the client, unless for an additional fee.
➤ If you need the drawing I am making / going to make for you to be ready by a specific date, be sure to let me know at the beginning of the conversation. I will tell you if it's possible to finish it by the time. Sometimes I may have limited working time for some reason, so remember this to avoid unnecessary confusion.
➤ Don't ask me questions or try to start conversations about private / intimate / etc. topics. If you do, or make me feel uncomfortable / unsafe I have every right to stop working on your commission.

You have the right to use and publish the artwork I have made for you, but only if you clearly state that I am it's author.
